The Community Monitoring Tool (CMT) or Community Monitoring Dashboard is a Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting (PMER), and Community Engagement and Accountability (CEA) tool developed by the IFRC Port of Spain Office. The tool is designed to track the involvement and reach of the Red Cross in the region at a community level by recording community-specific activity involving the Red Cross. CADRIM is actively working towards the development of evidence based data and research that can inform leadership and help bridge gaps in future projects and programmes being implemented by the IFRC and National Societies through the integration of lessons learnt and best practices.

These financial tutorials were designed as an e-guide for all personnel to easily navigate through the financial world of IFRC. They demonstrate how individuals within the National Societies can properly prepare IFRC financial reports, requests and claims. These tutorials feature a Personal Finance Curriculum through a series of short, engaging videos in English, Spanish and French that have been narrated to effortlessly follow.
