Ready Project

​​​​​​​As part of the IFRC Agenda for Renewal process, a new ERP software was implemented to improve agility and efficiency in our day to day business activities across six functional workstreams; Finance, Logistics, Human Resources, Partnerships & Resource Development (PRD), Programs & Operations (P&O) and Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting (PMER) and three supporting ones, Digital Transformation, Training and Localisation & User Satisfaction.

The ERP Project will:

Enable the flow of information so that all our processes become connected globally.

Integrate more than 20 IFRC systems that are currently operating independently, eliminating data duplication and providing data integrity.

Increase efficiency by simplifying work processes and automate repetitive tasks.

Enable us to make well informed and precise decisions.

Facilitate collaboration and communication across IFRC departments and locations globally.

CADRIMs involvement with the ERP Project:

Creation and execution of a global ERP training plan and training curriculums for all workstreams.

Creation of over 600 diverse, multimodal training materials (e.g., PPTs, PDFs, videos, and quizzes) tailored to various learning styles, ensuring IFRC staff are fully equipped and prepared to perform their roles effectively and efficiently.

Creation of an IFRC ERP SharePoint site that provides ongoing updates about the ERP system and provides access to all  training materials.

Coordination of global ERP trainings with over 2,200 staff, both in-person and online, ensuring seamless delivery, engagement, and knowledge transfer across diverse teams and regions.
